About the Author: Michelle Wright is a news anchor in Pittsburgh and writes and reports on a variety of topics with a heavy focus on medical news. Michelle has reported live from the scene on the region's biggest news stories including: The Flight 93 crash on 9/11, the Quecreek Mine rescue, and the G-20 Summit. Michelle co-founded the workshop Is TV For You. She also hosts workshops for businesses in conjunction with her workbooks How To Get on TV The Wright Way, Dealing With Criticism and The Value of Communication. She is also a contributing reporter for WQED public television, an adjunct professor at Point Park University, and an adjunct professor at La Roche College. Michelle is a Liberty University graduate who began her career at WSET in Lynchburg, Virginia as an associate producer and was promoted to anchor and executive producer before eventually moving to Pittsburgh. Michelle's position has allowed her to interview some of the world's most fascinating people such as: Oprah Winfrey, Sidney Crosby, Peter Jennings, Arnold Palmer, President Jimmy Carter, Teresa Heinz Kerry, Jerry Falwell, Israeli leader Benjamin Netanyahu, Duchess of York Sarah Ferguson, and Space Shuttle commander astronaut Michael Fincke.
