About the Author: Teri Connors, Associate Broker, GRI, CBR, e-PRO is a Realtor on Long Island, New York. She retired from a telecommunications company after working there for over 33 years to pursue her lifelong passion of real estate. "One of the reasons I got into real estate was because I had such a bad experience with the agents and the process in selling and buying my homes, and I want buyers and sellers to have a positive, stress-free experience. It's also one of the reasons for writing this book." In her spare time Teri enjoys spending time with her sons, ballroom dancing with her husband and is heavily involved with Toastmasters where she is a Secretary and VP of Membership. In her day to day life, she works on having a positive attitude, leading a well-balanced and harmonious lifestyle.
