Twelve-year-old Sara is very close to her grandfather, "Gramps" and is excited to visit him. But Gramps has Alzheimer's, and his rapid changes leave Sara with a choice--to let her family problems at home hold her back, or take charge of her circumstances and understand the place in her life that Gramps will always occupy.
Young Sara must put her troubles behind her and come to terms with her Gramps' Alzheimer's Disease.
