About the Author
Dr. Rajeev Gupta, PhD (Systems & Control Engineering) from IIT Bombay and M.Tech. (Control & Instrumentation Engineering), is professor and head, Department of Electronics Engineering, University College of Engineering, Rajasthan Technical University (RTU), Kota. He is also director of Mody Institute of Technology & Science, Sikar, Kota. Besides, Dr. Gupta is member of BoS (Electronics) at RTU. Earlier, he worked as an engineer at Kota Thermal Power Station for eight years. An author of seven books, Dr. Gupta is a consultant to several government organizations and private industries. His topics of interests include Control Systems Engineering, Multirate Periodic Output, Feedback Control, Robust Control, Sliding Mode Control, Fuzzy Logic Control, Genetic Algorithms and Artificial-Based Control.
