Nature based tourism is reported to be one of the fastest growing tourism market. It accounts for a small fraction of overall global tourist industry. A lack of relevant knowledge and experience, inability to compete with well establish commercial operations and lack of access to capital for investment are some of the factors inhabiting its development.
This book aims at providing material on concepts, structure, motivation and sources of finance methods of organising and monitoring the nature based industry.

Dr. R. K. Pruthi is widely travelled and wll-read scholar. He acquired his Ph.d. degree in history from Panjab University, a degree in law from Delhi University. He did a course on International Politics from Jawaharlal Nehru University. He has published a number of books and encyclopaedias. He is presently a member of Supreme Court Bar Association.
