Nature is smart. Science laws help human beings understand it. If the laws of nature seem to work in the physical systems, why not understand social systems consistent with the laws of the natural sciences? Water flows from a higher gradient to a lower gradient till an equilibrium is reached. Electricity, too, flows from a higher potential to a lower potential. However, wealth does not seem to follow this simple rule.

If leaders don't know what they don't know, there is little chance to lead; if they know what they don't know, there is potential; and if the leaders know what they do know, they can effectively lead. For good governance, authentically authentic leadership is a necessary condition. A good act performed by a leader is not a singular act. It results in a multiplier effect. An authentic leader is one who acts not for personal gains; who is one among us all; who is about the people and not about themselves. In the real world, however, it seems not easy, but history does provide evidence for the existence of such creatures we call authentic leaders.
