Missed Connections is a collection of eight short stories. Each story is titled after the name of the female protagonist who is, in all stories, a strong and independent individual. Each story deals with the relationships and emotions of people of different age groups and backgrounds - from school going children, to working professionals, to retired aged people. All the stories are about love, but in its latent form. The gist of all the stories is 'Not all beautiful relationship have a fairy-tale ending. About the Author: Vipul Kulshreshtha is working for an airline as Assistant General Manager, Engineering. He has been passionate about writing since childhood. The result was prizes in essay writing competitions at school and college. Also prizes in interdepartmental competitions at the airline. He was the student editor of his school and college magazines. He has also written a blog titled ïDo not disturb, we are gathering evidence' for the ïMumbai Mirror' website which was much appreciated. His articles have been published in newspapers like ïMumbai Mirror' which is a supplement of ïTimes of India, ' Mumbai Edition, ïDNA' and the airline newsletter and magazine. This is his first book and he has poured the emotions of his heart into it.
