About the Author: Chucky Thomas - Mr. Thomas has served in the military as a Security Forces officer where he was the Recipient of "Airman of the Year" award in 2004 (one award issued throughout the entire base). He earned an Air Force Achievement Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Honorable Discharge. He gained an Associates in Liberal Arts from St. Leo University, Associates in Criminal Justice from the community college of the Air Force, B.S in Accounting from University of Illinois at Chicago, and Master in Project Management from DeVry. Mr. Thomas has also become a minister as of October 2015. He loves people and has a heart for the community. He comes from a single family household where his mother taught him that education was the way out of poverty. She was the support for him to acquire his many accomplishments. Mr. Thomas has gained many experiences over his lifetime. The most difficult was being diagnosed with a mental illness. During his struggle he has started businesses from scratch with limited resources and has also become a licensed realtor. His diversity of knowledge has given him the ability to appeal to his demographic. He believes that Matthew 10:5-6 is his instructions to help people with being found after being lost. Mr. Thomas is a father of one son Tyler Thomas who he adores. Mr. Thomas always seeks to encourage, teach and uplift.
