About the Author
Raj kumar Pruthi, b. 1939, post graduated from Punjab University. Dr. Rajkumar has obtained the doctoral degree from Kurukshetra University on Annie Besant being the first Research work on the subject. Also obtained degree in Law and Education from Delhi and Kurukshetra Universities respectively. Beginning his Career in the Engineering branch of the Indian Navy and Naval Aviation, Dr. Rajkumar earned two War Medal's during this period from Goa Operation and Pakistan War. He then joined Kurukshetra University to start his Academic career that culminated with his joining Indian Council for Historical Research as Deputy Director.
