Chuckles is a Christian children's story book about a bear's quest to find his true love. Chuckles is a bear with no hair and he sets out on a journey to find a girl bear with no hair with whom he can raise a family. He travels to Delaware and New York in his journey. Along the way, he prays to God to help him with his quest. This story has a very positive message of love, faith and tolerance. It is a story that the entire family will enjoy sharing. It is beautifully illustrated, also. It is the perfect story book for reading to your children.
About the Author: Bill W. King is an ordained minister, musician/singer, songwriter, poet, humorist, speaker, and author. He is the creator of the humorous character know as Billy Bob Bohannon. Bill performs as Billy Bob for churches and civic groups across the nation. His first book of Billy Bob humor, No, Really, My Name is Brother Billy Bob Bohannon, was published in 2009. The fun continued with his follow-up book, My Name is Still Brother Billy Bob Bohannon, published in 2011 and Clean Up the House, Boys, Mama Has Hired a Maid, published in 2013. He is also the author of But You Shall Receive Power which is his first Christian novel, also published in 2013. Bill King is a graduate of Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama, and holds a Masters' Degree and a Doctorate from the New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary in New Orleans, Louisiana. He has served as the pastor of churches in Alabama, Georgia and Mississippi. He is currently the director of the Tuskegee Lee Baptist Association in Opelika/Auburn, Alabama.
