This is a 2019 Diary To-do, with 2 calendars 2019/20 and contact pages. There are 4 days per page. Tiny insignificant creatures "acutuncus antarticus" or water bears, live seemingly forever and an sleep and be revived called cryptobiosis, when threatened with a long sleep (which can be decades under ice, they rid their bodies of sugar trehalose so freezing cannot harm their cells by breaking them. When revived they spend a period dealing with and fixing any cell damage. If not threatened their normal lifespan is a few months, but when the end of the world comes they will still be here, and even now they inhabit every part of the world. But don't worry about that now, as your writing and memories will live forever, and that's why you write in your diary.
