"I Set a Trap for a Wolf" is an 8-page romance comic book story written by Dana Dutch and penciled by Matt Baker. It was published by St. John Publications in Blue Ribbon Comics #4 (aka Teen-Age Diary Secrets) in June 1949 with companion tales "Big City Glamour Led Me Astray," "I Should Have Played Hard-to-Get," "Was I His Second Choice?," and "Everyone Said I Was Wild." The story was reprinted as "I Tempted the Wrong Boy" in Pictorial Romances #7, in Teen-Age Temptations #9, and in Torrid Affairs #2. It was reprinted under its original title in Romance Without Tears, an anthology of early Dana Dutch romance comics stories published by Fantagraphics in 2003.
